1. Subscription Activation and Access

  • Free Content:** We offer a library of 24 detailed free lessons and 120 quiz questions to allow users to evaluate our training methodology before subscribing.
  • Paid Subscriptions:** Once a subscription is activated, users gain access to premium modules, which follow a structured daily release schedule (2 lessons daily).
  • Service Delivery:** Subscriptions are activated through a manual verification process following a subscription request and payment.

2. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

  • Refund Requests: Users may request a refund within 48 hours of their initial subscription activation, provided they have not accessed more than two (2) premium lessons**.
  • Change of Mind:** We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or for subscriptions that have been active for more than 48 hours.
  • Technical Issues: If a user is unable to access premium content due to technical issues on our platform, they should contact support for resolution. If the issue remains unresolved for more than 72 hours**, a pro-rated refund may be considered.
  • Expert Consultations:** Fees for expert consultations are non-refundable once the consultation request has been confirmed and scheduled with the expert.

  • Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days**.
  • Payment Method:** Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Deductions:** A small administrative or transaction processing fee may be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable by payment gateways.

5. Cancellations and Renewals

  • Subscription Cancellation:** Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
  • Renewal Terms:** Subscriptions are generally one-time or recurring as specified at the time of purchase. It is the user's responsibility to manage their renewal preferences.
